The short version

01

Agreement

Accepting these terms

These Terms govern access to postdom.com, the Postdom web app, APIs, MCP tools, and related services. They are an agreement between you and Blue Venture Studios Pty Ltd, the operator of Postdom. In these Terms, “Postdom,” “we,” and “us” mean Blue Venture Studios Pty Ltd.

You accept these Terms when you create or join a workspace, use an agent credential or OAuth grant, connect a social account, choose a paid plan, or otherwise use the service. If you use Postdom for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization; “you” then includes the organization.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Postdom.

02

Product boundary

What Postdom provides

Postdom reads the website you give it and writes social posts and short videos for you to review. It also provides scheduling, bounded human authority, destination publishing, outcome records, and available measurement for supported social accounts. The current product surface, supported destinations, field limits, and states are described in the public Documentation and Agent contract.

Postdom coordinates work with third-party social networks and infrastructure. A scheduled time is an instruction to the service, not a promise that a social network, internet connection, or third-party provider will always be available or accept the content. Postdom may stop or return work instead of publishing late or outside the saved authority boundary.

Roadmaps, outlines, examples, and preview features are not commitments to deliver a feature or keep it unchanged. A separate signed agreement controls if it expressly overrides these Terms.

03

Access and authority

Workspaces, people, and agents

A workspace is the customer boundary for members, connected accounts, policy, plans, content, evidence, webhooks, and billing. Owners and administrators control billing. Owners, administrators and members can approve posts, plans, policy and accounts; only owners and administrators control billing and can invite administrators.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your workspace, including activity by invited people and agents you authorize. Configure each credential with the minimum appropriate scope, keep credentials confidential, and revoke access that is lost, shared unexpectedly, or no longer needed.

Postdom records the supplied agent identity and intent but does not independently verify that description. Human approvals, account policy, pauses, and workspace controls remain the authoritative boundaries. You must not use an agent to bypass them.

04

Customer responsibility

Content and connected accounts

You keep ownership of captions, media, briefs, instructions, and other material you submit (“Customer Content”). You give Postdom and its providers a limited worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transmit, publish, measure, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for Customer Content and each connected account. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, required advertising or AI disclosures, music and media rights, privacy permissions, and platform settings for the content you direct Postdom to process.

You must comply with the terms, developer rules, community standards, and technical limits of each connected social network. A network may reject, remove, restrict, label, or change the visibility of content independently of Postdom.

05

Posts Postdom writes

AI-generated posts and videos

Postdom uses AI models to write posts, captions, slides, and short videos for your workspace. As between you and Postdom, and to the extent the law allows anyone to own it, you own what Postdom generates for your workspace, and it is treated as Customer Content. Similar businesses may receive similar posts, and some material in a post, such as stock footage, belongs to third parties.

Generated content can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Postdom checks posts against your own website and flags figures and claims it cannot find there, but it does not verify that a post is true, lawful, or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing every post before you approve it, and for anything you approve, publish, or allow Postdom to publish automatically.

Posts are not legal, tax, financial, immigration, medical, or other professional advice. Category playbooks and compliance guardrails, such as those for immigration law firms and tax accountants, flag and block some risky wording. They are not a compliance review and do not guarantee that a post meets professional conduct, advertising, or regulatory rules. You remain responsible for those rules, and for any AI or advertising disclosure a platform or law requires.

Postdom learns from your approvals, edits, and rejections, and the reasons you give, to shape later posts for your workspace.

06

Where posts come from

Your website, competitors, and stock media

When you give Postdom a website, you confirm that it is your organization's website or that you are authorized to use it for this purpose. You authorize Postdom to read its public pages, including blog articles, and to use the text, images, logo, and other material on it to write posts. You must have the rights to the material on that website that you ask Postdom to use.

If you add or accept competitors, Postdom collects their recent public posts and public website content through third-party services. It uses them only to suggest topics and formats and to check posts for copying. It does not use their images or videos in your posts, and it is built not to reuse their wording, but you should still review each post. You must not use Postdom to copy, impersonate, or infringe the rights of another person or business.

Video posts may include stock footage from Pexels and Pixabay, used under the Pexels License and the Pixabay Content License. Those licences restrict some uses, for example suggesting that a person shown endorses you or a product, or using a trademark, logo, or recognizable person in a misleading way. You are responsible for using stock footage within those licences. Background music in a video post is generated for that post or, when that is not available, taken from a licensed music library.

07

Derived from your content

What we learn from your uploads

Postdom processes the video you upload to publish, the captions and fields you publish with it, and the results each platform reports back. From that material we derive, for your workspace: a transcript of the audio, text visible in sampled frames, numeric representations of the content (embeddings), a low-resolution copy of the video, measured properties such as duration, dimensions, language, and length, and a summary of each publish result.

We do this to show your workspace what has worked for it and to inform its own posts. What we derive from your content stays in your workspace. We never show it to another customer. Across customers we use only anonymized aggregates, and only from aggregates that cannot identify a workspace.

A third-party AI model provider may process your media to produce transcripts, frame text, and embeddings. It does so under a data-processing agreement. We use providers that contractually do not train on customer content.

We keep this derived material while your workspace exists, and for 12 months after you cancel with an export offered first; the low-resolution copy is kept for 30 days on Free. You can delete it at any time from your workspace settings, or by asking us by email. Metric values a platform reports to us are kept only as long as that platform's developer terms allow, and are then reduced to Postdom's own summaries. Media you upload and never publish expires after 14 days.

You are responsible for having the rights to upload the media, including for anyone who appears in it.

08

Safety

Acceptable use

You may use Postdom only for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not use the service, directly or through an agent, to create or distribute illegal material, violate another person's rights, or interfere with the service or a social network.

  • Do not publish spam, deceptive engagement, harassment, threats, exploitation, malware, or content that violates applicable law or platform rules.
  • Do not access another workspace or account without permission, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, defeat rate limits or policy controls, or misrepresent an agent's authority.
  • Do not reverse engineer or copy protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or provide shared access to Postdom outside your organization unless a plan or signed agreement permits it.
  • Do not use Postdom in a way likely to damage the service, providers, social networks, other customers, or the public.
09

Commercial terms

Plans, usage, and billing

The Pricing page and Stripe Checkout show the current self-serve plan price, included posts and videos, included connected accounts, included successful destination-publishes, and any metered overage price. Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and payment information are handled through Stripe.

Free has no subscription fee and stops at its published caps. Starter, Growth, and Scale are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. Post and video allowances reset on the schedule shown on the Pricing page, and unused posts and videos do not carry over. A paid plan continues past its included publish allowance at the overage price shown before purchase. One video that reaches published on one destination counts as one successful destination-publish; scheduled, queued, and failed destinations do not count.

A monthly subscription renews each month and an annual subscription renews each year, until cancelled. You authorize Stripe to charge the recurring plan price, metered usage, and applicable taxes for each billing period. Workspace owners and administrators can open billing management from the app. Platform and other negotiated plans may have separate signed commercial terms.

If recurring prices or material billing terms change, the new terms will apply no earlier than a future renewal after reasonable notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

A new workspace starts on Free. Postdom does not offer a free trial. A workspace already on a Growth trial keeps it, with the trial's own post and video limits, until it ends; if you do not choose a paid plan, the workspace then moves to Free. If you choose a paid plan more than 48 hours before the trial ends, the first charge is taken when the trial ends; within the last 48 hours, it is taken at checkout.

10

Ending service

Cancellation, suspension, and termination

You can manage or request cancellation of a self-serve paid subscription through the Stripe Billing portal opened from Postdom Billing or through Contact. The portal or confirmation will show when cancellation takes effect. You remain responsible for fees and metered usage incurred before that effective time.

Refunds, credits, and remedies are provided where required by applicable law, where checkout or a written agreement expressly provides them, or where Postdom agrees after reviewing the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, suspected fraud, illegal or abusive use, a serious Terms breach, a provider or social-network requirement, or to prevent harm. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and a way to resolve or appeal it. Publishing may be paused after a payment grace period without deleting workspace records.

Either party may end use of the service. On termination, credentials and publishing access may stop, and scheduled work may be cancelled or prevented from running. The Privacy policy explains data requests and retention; provisions that by nature should continue—including payment obligations, ownership, and legal protections—survive termination.

11

Dependencies

Third-party services

Postdom depends on services including Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare (including R2 storage and Turnstile), Zernio, Stripe, Postmark, OpenAI, fal.ai, Pexels, Pixabay, ScrapeCreators, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and the social networks you connect. Their availability, interfaces, policies, and decisions are outside Postdom's control.

You authorize Postdom to send Customer Content and necessary account instructions to the providers and destinations required for the feature you request. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. You are responsible for maintaining any account, permission, or consent that a destination requires.

If a provider changes or withdraws an API, permission, metric, or publishing capability, Postdom may change, pause, or discontinue the affected feature. We will aim to communicate a material customer impact when practical.

12

Intellectual property

Ownership and feedback

Postdom and its licensors own the service, software, site, documentation, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property, excluding Customer Content and third-party material. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized access and according to your plan.

If you provide feedback, you allow Postdom to use it without restriction or payment, but you do not transfer ownership of Customer Content or confidential material merely by giving feedback. Do not submit feedback you are not allowed to share.

13

Service changes

Availability and changes

We work to keep Postdom available and its records accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a signed agreement includes a specific service level. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, platform review, rate limits, account restrictions, and events outside reasonable control can delay or prevent work.

We may improve, replace, or retire features. We will provide reasonable notice before a material change that removes a core paid capability during an active period when practical, and we will not use a general change clause to impose a material recurring price increase during an already-paid period without an appropriate notice or remedy.

Documentation, status information, and product responses may describe current behavior, but your own approval, rights review, backups, and business-continuity decisions remain your responsibility.

15

Current version

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, commercial, or legal changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. For a material change affecting an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or email before it applies, and the prior Terms continue for the already-paid period unless law, security, or a separate agreement requires otherwise.

Use the Contact page for questions, billing issues, cancellation help, complaints, or legal notices. Do not include passwords, agent keys, OAuth tokens, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
